Since the bubble economy collapsed, Japan's social structures have clearly
changed, especially in private companies. However, school education has hardly
changed. Nor has the world of government employees changed (except for just
a little reduction).

Those who are greatly suffering from a rapidly changed social structure are
many young people.

As almost all Japanese know, the matter of job-hoppers and NEET (young people
Not in Education, Employment or Training) are getting serious.

It'll be safe to say that these matters were caused by failures of education.
Because there are so many young people who cannot adapt to the new society
although they produced great results in school.

I never think that current young Japanese people are less competent than old
Japanese people.

On the other hand, it seems to me that they have not been given enough trainings
to respond to the new society although the society is changing in a lightning
speed (the trainings have not been provided by school education).

I am believing the power of Japanese young people.

If they analyze a social structure of current society objectively, learn some ways
to survive in the society and start to live along the ways for the new society,
they must gradually be able to open doors closed currently.

I suppose that there are many young people who have made their various and unique
gifts given by nature just asleep.

If the young people can look up even a little for future and begin to live their
lives under a positive light, this society will get better little by little.
