Introduction

It's getting hard to breathe in this current society. Young people will never
be able to feel secure even if they can enter a prestigious university with
cramming in school days and join a big firm.

Fierce competition is pretty common in business world after we enter a company,
which is much more competitive than past. In addition, there is no guarantee
for salary increase.

Laws do not work accurately. Working for long hours and unpaid overtime do exist
in private companies.

There are reasons why young people quit their job soon.

I suppose that the main reason results from little hope.

When people feel that no matter how hard they work, their lives tomorrow can't be
improved more than today, how can they live and work with positive mind and
motivation everyday?

After young people quit their job by losing their hopes, what comes next to most of
them is further despair. Because it is not until they quit their job that they
strongly come to know various rules in this society.

Since the financial crisis which took place in United States, whole world has entered
in an unprecedented depression. The tsunami of the financial crisis surely arrived at
Japan in a rapid way.

This has been definitely hitting hard on working environments of full-time employees.

However, real matters are also rooted beyond this big depression. They have been
caused by issues of systems and social structures in Japan.
