However, it is too difficult to immediately build up skills which can sell on market
when those people notice situations in real world. In addition, because of the lack of
flexibility in Japan labor market, people cannot try to enter next company so easily
(this is making young Japanese people suffered a lot).

Those who work under environments which force them to learn market value usually tend to
brush up themselves consciously because they can think that they may lose job someday
otherwise.

Once those who receive compensation higher than market value are forced to leave, it is
hard for them to immediately adapt themselves into a battle field where those who work
for private sectors are fighting every day.

Even though there is saving of 10 million Yen, this amount can totally disappear if people
not in private and competitive sectors do not have marketable skills or experiences. They
will soon become working poor and five years will be enough to consume all the savings.

On the other hand, those who earn money based on market value will not be concerned mentally
so much even if their current savings are not a lot. I personally think that if people do not
have skills or experiences which can earn based on market value, they will have a high risk
way of life in the future.
