The way is to increase productivity or sales amount. That is, all people have to
do is to bring real benefits to companies or organizations, which is different from
achieving good results on paper exams.

Companies or organizations will not get any benefit from results of paper exams
which employees achieve. There is no direct benefit from paper exams for companies
or organizations.

It is true that such results can be used as a small index in employment phase, but
companies or organizations do not get any benefit actually until those employed with
good results on paper exams really earn and bring benefits to companies or organizations.

So, if you want to raise your salary, all you have to do is to contribute to your
company or organization with real benefits. Contribution means increase of sales amount
or productivity in your company or organization (actual number). If company or organization
does not reward well to those who bring real benefits, competent people will surely quit
for another company or organization.

This common sense is sometimes difficult to be understood by some of Japanese. It seems
that the reason is that government employees in Japan are getting unreasonable benefits
regardless of their performance, which has been causing huge Japan government's debt.

Those who can achieve real profits can surely choose companies and will not suffer
from quitting if their skills have market value.

This healthy mentality is important to live always happily.

Building up skills which have market value, people can be released from stress and
acquire the right to choose company.
