Most of current young people are desperately struggling for anxieties in
reality with their darkening hope. However, young people who quit their job
having lost their hope are supposed to face harsh realities given by the
current society.
・Young People under Siege
Facing the reality that I have written so far, the trend that young people
quit their job early with little hope even being a full-time worker has never
stopped.
Now is totally different from the time of great economy when most of
young people could live believing in their bright future.
A lot of current young people get despair and will have to find another
workplace. However, only the young people who have really faced current
realities will be able to understand that there is further despair waiting
after starting to find next job.
Some young people must begin to find next job after they carefully look
into a next job and create some firm strategies. However, I think that once
they started to really find a next job, harder realities stopped them from
going on to the next stage.
Why did job-hoppers increase and do not the increase of NEET and social
withdrawal stop? The reasons are coming from despair mentioned below, and
the total loss of hope are creating people in the conditions of NEET and
social withdrawal.
The majority of young people who quit company within 3 years will have
to find another job. However, many of them are supposed to face much more
severe realities than they imagine.
