Currently, companies will not give us detailed and kind instructions like in the past. They
do not have enough room to spend such generous time on raising new employees although
they may do so a few times at least.

Japan companies are really pushed in a corner now. They don't have enough room but have
a lot of pressure. They have to compete with competitors (other companies) and have to pay
close attention to customers more than before.

Under this situation, companies will not wait for us to learn enough more than for around
one year actually. From employees' perspective, they will start not to go to companies if they
cannot learn how to proceed their jobs well, especially, when their colleague are good at the
jobs.

Naturally, those colleague who are good at jobs will grow quicker and quicker. Observing the
quick growth, those who are not good at the jobs will get depressed further.

It can be guessed that if a person cannot learn a job or improve with instructions which are
given many times, it is highly possible that the person may be not good at the job.

Of course, we should not give up soon. Even if we work on a thing at which we are good, we may
need a little time to learn it unless we are genius. However, we should not believe efforts too much.
At first, we have to confirm whether or not we have a talent of 1 % at least in the field where we work.

Before choosing a job, we have to calmly, severely and objectively judge our competence and who we are.
With no talent, any effort may not work at all (like anything multiplied by 0 becomes 0.)
