How to Avoid Fake Marriage

I watched a TV program (Japanese) which featured a woman who was cheated
by a man for fake marriage last month. She was a single and late thirty's
woman.
The man (around early 40s in my memory) had told a lie to the woman having
said something like, "I work at a foreign invested enterprise and own a couple
of luxury cars. "
It seems that the woman hadn't noticed the lie more than a half year. In addition,
according to an investigation of the TV program, it seemed that the marriage swindler
also cheated other women.
The swindler didn't work at a foreign invested enterprise surely. The salary of more
than 10 million Yen per year was certainly a lie. Or rather, the swindler had killed
his time in a Pachinko shop with fun. The capital for Pachinko was what he earned by
cheating women.
After all, the woman in the TV program gave around 10 million Yen to the marriage
swindler. The woman must have totally trusted the man.

women of around 40 years old.
I thought about the psychological environments in the women and of the women
who were cheated by the man on my own. Why did the woman in the TV program
get cheated?
At first, I can easily guess that women of around 40 years old seem to be
in a hurry. Everyone can guess it, but I guess that the feeling of impatience
is pretty complicated.
The reason of complexity is probably coming from the reason that those women,
around 40, think that they want to psychologically get even with people who
call them "losers." Or, even if the women of around 40 are not having the
mentality, they may have some feeling of getting back something to save their
faces to others who are already married, etc.
Because of the psychology, they tend to be hooked easily and strongly by men
of high standards (high salary, high status, etc) like a leverage based on my
very personal guess. Something like that "I can finally beat others around".
An ideal man who can solve negative mentality dramatically. Swindlers know the
delicate mentality of the women and use it in a cunning way and pretend to be
an ideal man for the women.
If this sort of man appears in front, the women must be highly careful such as
just ignore him. Big amount saved over a long time for true happiness may be gone.
