Assisting unscrupulous companies without being aware?

I wrote a power of propagandists in the previous article. A power to drive forward,
which comes from a strong belief.

This process is fully used in companies as well. Or rather, in some cases, I feel
that it is unscrupulously used.

For instance, sales people's job is to sell goods, regardless of whether or not the
goods are good.

How do companies sell goods or services which cannot sell? They will try to maximize
drive of sales clerks.

There are mainly two ways for it. One way is to give motivation based on money or
some benefits. That is, the more sales clerks sell, the higher salary companies give.
This is a commission based salary.

And another way is to give mental motivation. What we have to be careful is this one.

For example, companies can give motivation to sales clerks like, "Goods and services
we sell are definitely helpful to people and we can save people".

Sales clerks who are given that motivation can feel positive and comfortable like,
"if I sell this product (or service), I can help people".

This positive feeling will mentally support sales clerks in their sales activities
and their active power is enhanced. This means that a probability for them to successfully
sell will go up.

As you may have noticed, this mental process is similar to that of propagandists
which I wrote in the previous article.

"My activities can definitely help people".
