Working Environments in Japan - Just Going Worse

Old Japan was really nice to live and work. Baby boomer generation can never imagine
and understand the suffering of current young generations. Their worlds are totally
different.
Here is the rough summary of the article which introduces a voice of current
managers in Japan:
According to a survey done by The SANNO Institute of Management, it was found that
around 40% of managers in listed companies felt that they cannot enjoy working. Around
40% were concerned about their mental health because of human relationships with their
boss or subordinate and work pressures.
This survey was answered by 428 managers who work in listed companies of more than 100
employees and have more than 1 subordinate for their concerns in their job.
According to the survey, 99% of them not only work as a manager but also work on site
as a player. Among them, more than 50% said that their job as a player is disturbing for
their job as a manager.
As for their working environments, 54.2% said that their workload has increased more
than 3 years ago. 84% of them said that managers in the past were fortunate considering
workload and treatments.
In my last article, I wrote about the declining motivation to work in young generations.
This article will be one of persuasive materials to support it.
Although old generations tend to say, "recent young people are blah, blah, blah…weak,
lazy…etc", backgrounds of society, especially, economical situations, cannot be compared
with those of old generations.
Some Japanese people may think that economy is cyclical and will pick up in the future.
However, the answer is NO. This bad economy has been not caused by just a cycle but a global
structural change.
How can young Japanese people become positive?
